 My name is Michelle Spada and this is my artwork.

 Self-taught I paint abstracts.

 What do I love about painting?

 -  the blank canvas and having an idea in my head   and bringing that idea to life with layers and layers of   paint.

 -  scribble patterns, lots of dots and big blocks of   colour defined with very carefully painted lines.

 -  to be able to rub my hand across my painting and   feel it's texture, swirls or the small dots that stick out   from the canvas.

 -  that people all have different interpretations of   artwork and when it is an abstract what YOU see is   what it is!!

 I have been painting artworks mostly in neutral,   earthy colours for the past few years as I found that's   what my clients were after! However, my latest works   are bold and bright, perfect for that blank wall  -             a talking piece that attracts attention and discussion.
